When I was young and my parents took me to the dentist, I can’t say that it was always a great experience. Sometimes it was pleasant, sometimes there was a little bit of pain involved. But it was always impersonal. Something that I never really put together until I was a little older after I finished dental school.
When we opened our doors here in San Antonio in 1986, I knew that I wanted our practice to be different. I knew that I just didn’t want to be another dentist that saw patient after patient. Making my way through my day, with no real human component to the science that we practice. A lot of people don’t really understand this, but being a dentist really has been and continues to be my dream. I know it may sound odd, but I think to help you understand I need to tell you that it’s not about the All On 4 procedures that we do, the dental implants, veneers, Invisalign or any other service that we offer.
I discovered long ago that I love improving people’s lives and caring for others. Dentistry is my way of showing that.
It is something that I have done my best to instill in my children. One of who is a well respected San Antonio dentist in his own right and who just so happens to work alongside me at our practice. Debbie and I couldn’t be prouder our kids. If you are a parent, you understand what I am talking about. We all have dreams that our kids grow up to be productive members of society and advocates for taking care of their community. Both Ryan and Matt are amazing sons and they do more than their part to care for others and their community.
That is what we strive for every day at Orsatti Dental. I can promise you that when you walk into our office, you are not going to be treated like just another patient. We will treat you like a member of our family. I am biased here, but I like to think that we have a commitment to our patients unlike any other dental practice in San Antonio because we are focused on improving your life and ensuring that you are being taken care of.
To prepare you for your upcoming appointment, when you walk in, you will see one of the most advanced dental practices in all of San Antonio. Taking care of you means making sure that we have the most up-to-date equipment and advanced technology possible. The tools and technology don’t mean anything without the staff to support that. Our amazing staff of dental hygienists and dental assistants ensure that you are comfortable and have a great experience. That’s just the tip of the iceberg because we really wouldn’t be anything without our other doctors.
All of our doctors are experts in different areas to serve you in any capacity that you need. If you are looking for help with your snoring and sleep apnea, we can take care of that. Dr. Matthew is one of the local experts in implants and Invisalign. His credentials speak for themselves and I challenge you to find another Dr that cares more than Matt. Dr. Andadre is one of the most giving people we know who regularly make trips to places like Fiji, Guatemala to provide free dental care to special needs and indigenous patients. She is an amazing surgeon who specializes in dental implants, periodontal procedures including bone and gum grafting, digital dentistry, and intravenous sedation. She is an expert in all of this, but an even better person who I am proud to call my friend.
They say those good things take time. It has taken both Debbie and me over 30 years to build our practice. Something that we continue to be extremely proud of. We have raised our kids in this area and taught them the value of caring for others. We now have an entire family of dentists whose sole purpose is to care for others. Looking back on things, yes we did go through hard times. Yes, we did have some challenges in building our practice. But I am so proud of the family that we have grown, and all of the wonderful people that have allowed us to be part of their lives. The folks that have chosen us to assist them to achieve a sense of health and pride, we say “thank you” and we couldn’t be prouder to have you as a member of our family. That is how we will always treat you.
